Stop giving Shelter When They don't have Civic Sense

The people who owns these machines and who work for them all sits on the tractors or some place around in the mean time while they get hired by someone.Usually these machines are gather at the entry point of village where they wait for getting hired. But some of these come into the village and park their tractor and machine in front of anyone's house where they find extra space to pass another vehicle.
For the few days I was noticing that they park their vehicle at front of our main door and 3 to 4 men sits on the tractor while waiting for getting hired. Once in the evening, I noticed lots of garbage like biri, gutka spits and lots of littering. But they wasn't there that time, so I couldn't confront them. The next evening, I found the same garbage at our front door.
I asked my wife and mother about it and told not to allow them to sit at front of main door. But they were saying to me, if someone sits in the shade outside our house or takes shelter there, that's okay. It is a matter of good deed. But I told them the true meaning of good deed that if some one have not civic sense or any regard towards about cleanliness and care about this mother nature and we gave them shelter to those people which is definitely not a good deed.

By doing this, we are encouraging and protecting such uncivilized people. And luckily the next day I found them again in park of their vehicle at front of gate and they were sitting below the shade and spitting gutka at our gate's slope's end. I asked them to stand up instantly and get off their vehicle and themselves quickly.
My wife was watching this from inside and told me that you should have some kindness. I again told her that such people don't deserve kindness, they deserve only this treatment.
